Booking with Poovera
These terms cover dog waste cleanup booked with Poovera in San Diego, California. Read them together with our service policies, which explain access, dogs, weather, holidays, and other details of the work. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
You must be an adult authorized to arrange service at the property and to use the payment method you provide. Give us accurate contact, address, yard, and dog information, and tell us when it changes.
The cleanup and schedule
We remove dog waste we can reasonably see and reach, bag it, and place it in your outdoor bin. We do not enter through the house or move obstacles that cannot be moved safely. Tell us about access instructions, hazards, and areas needing attention before the visit.
We confirm your service day before the first visit. A requested day is a preference until confirmed; we do not promise a particular arrival time. Unsafe weather or route changes may move a visit. See our service policies for holiday and rescheduling arrangements.
Safe yard access
Provide safe access through the gate and secure dogs as described in our service policies. If we cannot enter safely, we will try again. If a second attempt is prevented by something on your end, the visit counts as completed; the remaining waste is cleared on the next regular visit at no extra cost.
Tell us about locked or damaged gates, access changes, or other obstacles in advance. We may pause a visit when there is a safety risk.
Quotes and first cleanups
Your quote is based on the plan, yard, dogs, and cleanup history you provide. We check the yard before the first cleanup. If the actual conditions require a different price, we tell you before starting the affected work.
One-time cleanups are paid for when you book. For recurring plans, the initial cleanup is included at no extra cost when you pay for your first service period.
Payments and automatic renewal
Stripe processes payments. The amount due is shown before payment. For a one-time cleanup, there is no automatic renewal.
Recurring plans continue and charge your saved payment method automatically until cancelled. Weekly, twice-weekly, and three-times-weekly plans are billed once each week for that week’s visits. Every-other-week plans are billed every two weeks, and monthly plans once each month. Your first period is charged when you book; later periods are charged in advance at the agreed rate.
There is no minimum term, cancellation fee, or late fee. If payment fails, service may be paused while the payment problem is resolved. Changes to your yard or dog count may require a new quote before the changed price applies.
Changes and cancellations
You can cancel a recurring plan online through Manage booking, or contact us for help. Cancel before your next billing date to stop the next charge. Scheduling changes and pauses are coordinated directly with us.
A paid week or other recurring service period is not refunded once we have made a visit in that period. Cancelling stops future renewals; the remaining paid visits are still available.
If no visit has taken place in the paid period and you give us at least 24 hours’ notice before its first scheduled visit, we will cancel that period and refund its payment. Contact us to arrange this refund; cancellation in the payment portal does not issue it automatically. Pausing or skipping service does not automatically refund an already-paid period.
For a billing error, refund request, or concern about a cleanup, contact us with your booking details so we can review it and resolve the issue. Email hello@poovera.com or call or text 619-734-9119.
Service communications
Booking confirmations and scheduling, access, cancellation, and payment messages relate to the service you request. Keep your contact details current. A failed email does not cancel a paid booking or stop recurring charges; contact us if a confirmation does not arrive.
You can ask us to stop service texts or use another contact method. We do not enroll you in marketing messages through the booking form.
Property and service concerns
We take care in your yard. Tell us promptly if you think a visit caused damage or missed an accessible area, so we can investigate and make it right. Please identify fragile items and existing hazards before we start.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and questions
These terms are governed by California law. We post updates here with a revised date and tell you directly about changes that affect an existing customer’s price or schedule. A posted update does not retroactively change work already booked.
