How do I choose a frequency?
Weekly is recommended for most one- or two-dog yards. More frequent plans fit more dogs or heavier use; every other week fits one dog or a lightly used yard.
How is my price calculated?
The quote considers yard size, dog count, time since the last cleanup, and the selected cadence. Yard condition affects the first visit, not the ongoing rate.
Do I need to be home each week?
Usually not. Safe, reliable access to the yard is generally enough.
Can I pause or cancel service?
Yes. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. Cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges. A paid period is refundable only if no visit has taken place and you give at least 24 hours’ notice before its first scheduled visit. Contact us to arrange a pause or an eligible refund.
